Meet Rose

Currently a first-year medical student at Western University of Health Sciences, pursuing her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), Rose brings a science-backed, body-aware approach to fitness and performance. Based in Laguna Niguel, she regularly teaches yoga, trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and maintains an active lifestyle that includes parkour, strength training, and disciplined movement practice.

She is an E-RYT 500 certified yoga instructor with over 300 hours of advanced training through CorePower Yoga, along with a 200-hour certification specializing in C2, Hot Power Fusion, and Yoga Sculpt. Her yoga background allows her to offer clear, digestible cues and hands-on guidance, making strength training and weightlifting feel accessible—even for complete beginners.

Rose’s approach is rooted in meeting you where you are. Whether you’re stepping into a gym for the first time or refining your technique, she creates a supportive, private in-home training environment that builds confidence, strength, and long-term sustainability.

Outside of training and academics, she enjoys watching the Lakers, exploring local bakeries for Japanese treats, drinking matcha, spending time at the beach (with sun protection always in mind), and working on pull-ups in her home gym.
